CANCELATION POLICY
- A confirmation text will be sent 48 hours prior to all scheduled appointments. I require a 48 hour minimum notice for cancelations or rescheduling appointments. This gives me ample time to fill available spots.
-Its understandable that sometimes a schedule adjustment is necessary. However, any cancelations (emergencies excluded) that occur within 24 hours or less of reserved appointment time may be subject to a cancelation fee of 50% of scheduled services. A non refundable deposit will also be required to reserve any future appointments.
-No call, no show appointments will not be allowed to reserve any future appointments. No exceptions.
-If you are late by 15 minutes or more to your appointment, please reach out to me and let me know. A timing adjustment may have to be made or you may have to reschedule.
